We're hiring operators - come join our team!
Calgary Transit will soon be hiring for multiple operator roles, including Transit Operators, Community Shuttle Operators, and Accessible Services Operators. These public‑facing, safety‑focused roles involve much more than driving and play an important part in supporting mobility across the city.
Operator roles involve structured training, non‑standard schedules, including evenings and weekends, and regular interaction with a wide range of customers. To help people decide whether this work is the right fit, Calgary Transit is offering opportunities to learn more before applying.
