Bow Parkade Customer Service Centre closure

To provide more balanced and efficient service, we are closing our Bow Parkade customer service centre, which will consolidate downtown ticket sales from three locations to two. The closure will be effective September 7, 2025.

Transit tickets and passes will still be available to purchase in-person downtown at our Centre Street Platform location (125 7 Avenue SE) and The City of Calgary’s Corporate Cashiers (800 Macleod Trail SE, 3rd floor).

There are additional options for you to buy tickets and passes:

  1. Use the My Fare app
  2. Use the Transit app
  3. Buy online at calgarytransit.com/shop
  4. Many convenience and grocery stores sell our tickets and monthly passes; look for the sign on the front entrance indicating that they sell Calgary Transit fare products.

Tickets and passes will still be available at the Bow Parkade customer service centre weekdays from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., until closing on Friday, September 5.
