Information | Attention: Bus Stop Signs

Some bus stop signs in the Saddletowne, Northeast and North Central areas have not yet been updated following our fall service changes, which began on August 31. Please use our Trip Planner or the Transit app to plan your trip – both will provide up-to-date locations of all the stops on your route. We are working to update the remaining bus stop signs as quickly as possible and apologize for the inconvenience.

Coming soon – store opening at Bridgeland Station

We’re excited to announce that in mid-October, the vacant storefront at Bridgeland Station will re-open, offering a selection of on-the-go items for CTrain riders and nearby residents.

After a competitive bid process earlier this year, we’ve selected well-known convenience retailer, INS Market, to revive the retail space at Bridgeland Station. It’s part of our ongoing efforts to make stops and stations more welcoming and convenient for Calgarians.

INS Market is one of Canada’s most recognizable retail franchises, with over 130 locations across the country, including office buildings, transit hubs, malls, hospitals, casinos, busy streets, and post-secondary institutions. With its over 30 years’ experience, flexible structure, and high buying power, INS is able to offer service and products that are customized for local markets.

The re-opening of storefronts at Transit properties will provide additional revenue for Calgary Transit and will contribute to creating more vibrant and welcoming public spaces. The regular presence of employees and customers will also encourage positive behaviours and improve safety for those using or passing through the stations.

The INS Market store will offer a convenient stop to grab snacks, beverages, travel essentials and more, during your commute.

**Up next: later this fall, a new café will be opening at Westbrook Station. Details to come.
