Refunding your Adult and Youth Monthly Pass can only be done at a Customer Service Centre.
Before the first day of the month of validity, we will gladly refund your pass in full minus a $10 administration fee.
For a pass valid for the current month, refunds will be prorated by deducting the value of two trips per day for each day that has passed (including the day the refund is requested) at the current cash fare price plus the $10 administration fee.
We do not offer refunds on a current month’s pass purchased on or after the 15th of the month.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and while the State of Local Emergency is in effect, we will be accepting low income pass refunds on Band B and C with the usual pro-rate of 2 trips per day deduction, admin fee waived. No refunds for band A.
Senior Citizen Annual pass are not eligible for refund, exchange or credit.
We do not offer refunds on any other fare products and do not replace lost or stolen passes.
