      How to book a multi-stop trip



      When you book a multi-trip, you are booking three or more consecutive trips at one time.

      • To book a multi trip, select "Book a Trip" from the top menu.
      • Click on the "Multi Trip" tab.
      • Under the "Trip 1" section, fill in the origin or starting location labelled A.
      • You can type in the address or landmark, select from a list of your favorite locations by clicking on the heart icon, or click on the clock icon to select from a list of recent locations.
      • Next, fill in the destination.
      • You can now choose between "Depart at" or "arrive by." The option you select will be highlighted in red.
      • Next, click on the date you would like to travel by clicking on the calendar icon.
      • To select the time, click on the hours, minutes and AM/PM select boxes.
      • If you are eligible to ride with a companion, attendant, or an assistive device, click on the "Ride With" tab, and make your selection.
      • Next, click on "Add another trip."
      • This trip will now be "Trip 2." Please note that the system will automatically fill in and reverse your origin and destination from "Trip 1."
      • To clear the address entered, click on the "X."
      • For a multi-stop trip, your Trip 2 may have a different origin or destination than Trip 1. Please change the addresses where necessary.
      • Next, click on "Add another trip. " This will be "Trip 3."
      • Repeat until you have filled in all of the origins and destinations for all the Trips you require. In this example, we will make three trips.
      • Fill in all the information as you did for Trip 1.
      • At any time, you can click on any "Trip" tab and make changes, or click the trash icon to delete a trip.
      • Next, click on "Plan Your Trip."
      • You will then be brought to the "Review and Submit Trip" page.
      • Review all the information and ensure it is correct.
      • Select the Trip Reason for each Trip from the list.
      • Fill in the “Contact Phone” with a phone number that you can be reached at.
      • If you need to make changes, click on "Edit Trip."
      • If all the information is correct, click on "Book Trip."
      • You will then be brought to this Transaction Details page, indicating if your trips were booked successfully.
