am a regular rider of route 4, 38, 149 or 150
ride the route(s) a minimum of three days per week (this may include peak hours or non-peak hours and weekends)
have a smartphone or access to a smartphone for the 90 days of the pilot
am willing to download the myFare app onto my smartphone and create an account, including payment information
have a credit card (this could include a standard credit card, VISA debit card, debit Mastercard or pre-paid credit card)
am willing to pay my transit fare using the myFare app
will not allow anyone else to use my app
agree to participate in the full 90 days of the myFare pilot
am willing to complete an online survey at the end of each month of the pilot
will not forward the monthly survey to anyone else
am willing to attend an in-person session at the end of the myFare pilot, to provide my feedback
am willing to come to a Calgary Transit facility at the end of each month to pick up my "show and go" card
will not allow anyone else to use my "show and go" card
agree to return my "show and go" card at the end of each month
am 18 years of age or older (or, if under 18, have a parent or guardian's permission to participate in this pilot)
agree to receive email communication from Calgary Transit about the pilot throughout the 90-day pilot
understand that the My Fare app can't be used for Calgary Transit Access (CTA) trips
