You have 60 days from when you first received your eligibility decision to make an appeal. Here's how you can appeal your eligibility decision:
1: Mail or fax us a letter of support and any additional medical documentation. All material will be reviewed and a decision will be made in writing within 10 business days of recieving the appeal. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of this decision, please follow step two.
2: Fill out an Eligibility Appeal Form or contact our Calgary Transit Access main phone line 403-537-7777, option 5 to register your appeal.
