Each ticket is valid within 90 minutes of the validation time and can be used for stopovers and travel in any direction.

If using the CTrain the ticket must be validated in a ticket vending machine and kept in your possession while riding the CTrain or while in fare restricted areas. If transferring from the CTrain to the bus, present the validated ticket to the bus operator when boarding.

Tickets retain the cash value of the price that's printed on the front of each ticket. At times of fare increases or if you find an old book of tickets around the house or office you may continue to use the outdated tickets. However, you must add cash to the value of the price printed on the ticket that equals the current ticket price. The ticket and cash combined may then be placed in the fare box of the bus. This does not work when taking the CTrain as there is no fare box. Customers are advised to exchange old tickets for current ones.

Tickets may be purchased from a variety of vendors located throughout the city.
