Adult and Youth Monthly Passes                         

Once the month has begun, pass refunds will be prorated based on the number of days that have expired including the day it is returned. The value of the pass will be reduced by the equivalent value of two transit trips per day using the current cash fare price for the specific pass being returned.

 A $10 Administration Fee will be applied to all refunds.

 Example 1: Adult Monthly pass ($75) returned on September 5 will be refunded $75 less 5 days at $5 per day ($25) less a $10 administration fee.

                                                                                                Refund = $40

 Example 2: Youth Monthly pass ($50.50) returned on September 10 will be refunded $50.50 less 10 days at $3.00 per day ($30) less a $10 administration fee.

                                                                                                 Refund = $10.50

 Adult and Youth Tickets and Day Passes 

Not eligible for cash refunds. At the time of a price change, tickets and Day Passes may be returned and their value used towards the purchase of alternate fare products.

 Concession or Discounted Fares 

(Senior Citizen and Low-Income Passes)

 Due to the significant discount provided on these passes, these passes are not eligible for refunds.
