Cost | Reserved parking is $70.00 per month plus GST. |

Purchase options | Currently, Calgary Transit does not have the capability to allow customers to pay for more than one month at a time. |

Automatic payments | Calgary Transit is working on setting up automatic withdrawals with our banking institution. We hope to have this option available to customers in the near future. |

Payment options | Customers can reserve parking online with a valid credit card. Customers wishing to pay with a debit card or by cash can go in person to the Calgary Transit Customer Service Centre at 224 7 Avenue SW. Credit card payments are also accepted at the Service Centre. |

Cancellations | Once a reservation has been completed it cannot be cancelled. |

Parking reservations | A maximum of five (5) license plate numbers can be registered to one reservation. The person setting up the reservation does not need to own the vehicles registered to the reserved parking. |

When can parking be reserved? |
Priority customers (customers that already have a reserved stall) will have first choice to reserve parking. Those customers without a current reservation will have the option to reserve parking from the 11th to the 22nd each month. |

Parking availability | Reserved parking is available for use by customers that have purchased a reservation between 2:00am and 10:00am weekdays. Reserved parking not used by 10:00am each day is open to the general public for use that day free of charge. |

Availability of reserved parking | Customers have the option to be placed on a wait list for the lot or lots of their choice. They will be asked to state their order of preference for each lot. Once parking becomes available, wait listed customers will be sent an email based on where they are on the list. For those customers on more than one wait list that reserve a stall, they are taken off all wait lists. If a customer wishes a reserved stall at more than one lot, a reservation request will be required for each lot separately. |

Waiting lists | Wait list participation only expires if a customer reserves a stall from that specific reservation. |

Reservation changes | Additions, deletions and changes to license plates registered to a reservation can be changed at any time online at www.calgarytransit.com or at the Calgary Transit Customer Service Centre at 224 7 Avenue SW
