The Call Centre is closed New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
If you need help in planning your transit trip, phone our telephone information area and speak to one of our helpful and courteous Customer Service Representatives. They will answer all of your questions and advise you on the best way to travel around Calgary by bus.
You may also register a concern, commendation, or suggestion. The customer Service Representatives will record all pertinent information and ensure that your comments are directed to the appropriate area for investigation and action.
