The Call Centre is closed New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Our courteous Call Centre Representatives are available to assist you with information on bus or train schedules, trip plans, fares , lost property and questions or feedback related toTransit services.
You may also register a concern, commendation, or suggestion. The customer Service Representatives will record all pertinent information and ensure that your comments are directed to the appropriate area for investigation and action.
