Bike Lockers
Calgary Transit provides bike lockers at most CTrain Stations for the convenience of customers that wish to ride their bike to the CTrain Station. There are approximately 122 lockers available for rent (See list below).

How to Rent a Bike Locker
 Bike lockers can be rented for a minimum of six (6) months up to a year. Lockers are rented out on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved. To rent a bike locker customers must:
- Complete a Bike Locker Rental Application Form.
- Bring the completed application form to the Calgary Transit Customer Service Centre located at
224 7 Avenue SW
between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Provide photo ID
- A $30 Security Deposit is required primarily for, but not limited to, the replacement of lost or unreturned locker keys.
- Be prepared to pay for the locker and security deposit at this time. Personal cheques are not accepted for this program.
Bike Locker Rental Rates (non – refundable)
- 6 months $72
- Additional months up to 12 $12 each
- 12 months $132 (receive one free month)
- Security Deposit $30 (refunded on return of key)
NOTE: Bike locker rentals and/or renewals are no longer available from the Calgary Area Outdoor Council.
FAQs
What happens if I lose my key?
If you lose your bike locker key, contact Calgary Transit at 403-262-1000. They will arrange to change the lock on your locker and reissue you another key. You will forfeit your security deposit and have to provide another $30 security deposit before receiving your new key.
What do I do if my key won’t work in the lock?
If there is a malfunction of the lock, contact Calgary Transit at 403-262-1000. They will arrange to have a repairman service the lock within 24 hours.
How do I renew my bike locker?
Approximately 30 days before your current rental agreement expires, please fill out another Rental Application Form marking Renewal in the appropriate box. Bring that to the Calgary Transit Customer Service Centre along with your payment for the rental term you have selected. Submit this to one of the cashiers on duty and they will update your rental period for the new term. You do not have to resubmit a security deposit for renewals.
What are the bike locker dimensions?
There are three main styles of bike lockers. Please note a locker will only accomodate one bicycle.
(Two bicycles fit within one rectangular unit, but each are secured by a partition and separate door access.)
- Beige: 73.5" long x 32.5" wide x 44.5" high
- Green: 74.5" long x 33.25" wide x 41.5" high
- Stainless: 88" long x 31" wide x 39.75" high
NOTE:
Bike lockers are not available for day use. However, bike racks are available at all CTrain Stations for short term use.
