Because of the new COVID-19 restrictions announced on November 24, we are waiving the administration fee for the return of December adult and youth monthly passes.

To return your pass, you can either come into one of our customer service centres or mail your pass to us and we’ll mail you a refund. Passes can be mailed to:

Please note that for refund requests that we receive on or after December 1st, refunds will be pro-rated by deducting the value of two trips per day for each day that has passed (including the day the refund is requested). If the pass has been mailed, the base date for the refund will be the post-mark date.


Regular Adult and Youth Monthly Passes

Refunding your Adult and Youth Monthly Pass can only be done at a Customer Service Centre.

Before the first day of the month of validity, we will gladly refund your pass in full minus a $10 administration fee.

For a pass valid for the current month, refunds will be prorated by deducting the value of two trips per day for each day that has passed (including the day the refund is requested) at the current cash fare price plus the $10 administration fee.

We do not offer refunds on a current month’s pass purchased on or after the 15th of the month. 

Other Fare Products

Low Income Monthly Transit pass and the Senior Citizen Annual pass are not eligible for refund, exchange or credit.    

We do not offer refunds on any other fare products and do not replace lost or stolen passes.
