Effective Saturday, 2009 August 22 until further notice, as part of the East Village Redevelopment, 4 Avenue between Riverfront Avenue SE and 3 Street SE will be closed for construction.

Route 4, 9 and 69 will travel west on Riverfront Avenue SE to 1 Street SE and onto regular routing (see maps below).
