Effective Monday, 2009 November 23 until further notice, Route  31 will travel southbound on 3 St SE to eastbound on 9 Ave SE, to northbound on 6 Street SE, then westbound on 7 Avenue SE to northbound on 4 St SE, then westbound on 6 Ave SE and back to regular routing
