Route 31 and 411 Detour
Effective Monday, August 23, 2010 until further notice.
As part of the East Village Redevelopment 6 Street SE will be closed for construction.
Westbound Route 31 and 411 will be detoured as follows:
- West on 9 Avenue SE
- North on 5 Street SE
- West on 6 Avenue SE to regular routing.
Eastbound Route 31 and 411 will remain on 9 Avenue SE
