All reserved parking spots are for the sole use of Calgary Transit customers.
Reserved parking is available between the hours of 2:00 am and 10:00 am weekdays only. Parking stalls that remain vacant after 10:00 am and on weekends are free.
Reserved parking lots at any station may NOT be used for overnight parking.
Reserved parking spots may be reserved for multiple months up to December of each year. When multiple months are selected they must be consecutive. The first month selected must be the current or following month. Payment for all months selected must be paid for at the time of purchase.
Pay monthly by Auto Pay, or prepay up till December of the current year.
Customers can list up to 5 license plates for one spot; however, only one vehicle can be parked at any time for each spot you have reserved.
Changes to license plates if any, must be made online to a Reservation prior to 12 Noon, to become effective the following business day.
Reserved parking stalls are non transferable. If it is confirmed that any customer is trying to sell/transfer their reserved parking stall to another customer, it may result in cancellation of the reserved parking account.
Refunds due to cancellations will be liable for a $20 administration fee. We do not offer refunds for the current month, but will refund your upcoming month(s) payment(s). Request for refund(s) must be submitted by email to CTReservedParking@calgary.ca during weekdays and within business hours (7:30 am – 4:30 pm) prior to the month being refunded.
Existing customers that have not made payment by the 15th of the month will have their reserved spots cancelled and offered to waiting list customers.
A reminder email will be automatically sent to all reserved parking customers on the 1st of each month to remind them that payment is due. Failure to receive this email does not remove the customer's responsibility for payment on the 15th.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their reserved parking spots are paid for each month and that all required information is kept current (i.e. licence plate numbers, email addresses, etc.)
Customers on wait list will be notified of an offer for a specific month in order as spaces become available to purchase their spot. If the customer does not purchase the spot within 24 hours they will be removed from the wait list and the spot will be offered to the next person on the wait list. Spots cannot be held for customers once they have been notified of an offer.
There is no reduction of reserved parking fees for reservations made after the first of the month.
Neither the City of Calgary nor Calgary Parking Authority is responsible for loss or damage however caused, to vehicles and or vehicle contents. The reserved parking fee covers the sale of parking privileges only and does not include bailey custody or liability for vehicles and their contents.
The cost for reserved parking is subject to change.
