Welcome to Calgary!

Access Calgary is pleased to provide shared-ride door-to-door public transportation to visitors with disabilities. Visitors can access the service for a maximum of 21 days within their 1 year eligibility period.

You may register for Access Calgary service by downloading an application form online.

The form may be downloaded in Portable Document Format (PDF) or Microsoft Word format. To use the PDF form, you will need an Adobe Reader. If you do not already have an Adobe Reader installed on your machine, you may download a copy here.

If you are unable to download an application form, please call 403-537-7770 or 403-537-7777, press 3, to have a form delivered to you.

Once you have completed the application form, it may be submitted to Access Calgary, Eligibility Services, in one of the ways noted below. Please allow time for delivery and processing of your application before you arrive in Calgary. Registration can take up to 3 business days after the application is received.
