Group Trip Requests
Group trip requests must be received 3 days in advance. Each member of the group must be a registered Access Calgary customer. Call the Trip Request line at 537-7777, press 2 between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Please confirm on the day of service the actual number of customers traveling. Based on space availability, attendants may be required to provide their own transportation. The type of transportation we send depends on the information you provide us at the time of your trip request.
