Access Calgary Eligibility Interviews Locations

Applicants for Access Calgary (shared-ride Handi-Bus and taxis) attend a one hour face-to-face interview as part of the eligibility process. Calgary Transit staff are available to meet with applicants at scheduled appointment times ONLY at a number of locations throughout the community.

Calgary Transit (Head Office) Administration Building Spring Gardens (Bus Barns) 928 – 32nd Ave. (connector) NE	Mondays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays	Located between Edmonton Trail & Deerfoot Trail on 32 Ave NE. Entrance to parking lot is at the intersection of 32 Ave (connector) & 36 Ave NE. Free Parking is available at this location in the visitor lot on the west side.
Calgary Transit (Downtown) Customer Service Centre 224 – 7th Av SW	Mondays Wednesdays Fridays	No free parking and no washroom available. No drop off in front, closest passenger drop off is one half block away. Bow Parkade has some accessible parking and an elevator to street level near the entrance to this location.
Nose Hill Library (Brentwood) 1530 Northmount Drive NW	Fridays	Located near Northland Mall & Winston Churchill Pool. Can be reached off Crowchild Trail and Northland Drive. Please NOTE this is not the Crowfoot branch.
